Xorosoft ERP
by Xorosoft
Cloud ERP for apparel and consumer-products brands that sell wholesale and online and make some of what they sell: inventory across channels, purchasing, a Short Inventory Planner with procurement dates, BOMs, manufacturing orders with workstation logging and quarantine, its own ledger, a public API and a first-party MCP server.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Manufacturing ERP product. A broad business system (accounting, sales, purchasing) with a substantial manufacturing or planning module attached.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.
The six Full MRP tests, and how Xorosoft ERP does on each (5 of 6)
- YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: docs.xorosoft.com › What is bill of material bom(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule.Evidence: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming.Evidence: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab)
- PartialIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.Component demand from manufacturing orders that already exist is counted ("On MO (-): Items to be consumed during manufacturing"), which is one level. No page describes a planning run exploding demand for a finished item into component suggestions before an MO exists. docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt uses lead times or required dates.Evidence: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab); docs.xorosoft.com › Inventory planning and replenishment(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations.Evidence: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab); docs.xorosoft.com › Inventory planning and replenishment(opens in a new tab)
These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Apparel and consumer-products brands that sell wholesale, online and through marketplaces and make part of their range
- Teams that want dated buy-or-make suggestions from stock, sales orders, open POs and MOs in one screen
- Businesses that want an API on every plan and an AI assistant that can act on the ERP
Not a fit when
- Manufacturers with deep multi-level assemblies: sub-assembly handling is not documented
- Food or cosmetics makers that need lot traceability: lots and serials are not documented
- Buyers wanting manufacturing below about $1,200 a month: the only XoroONE plan with the Manufacturing Module is Premium, and XoroERP is quote-only

Billing basis
Flat rate
Why the useful price is higher
The $449 headline is XoroONE Essential on yearly billing, which the plan card marks without a Manufacturing Module. Standard ($719 yearly) lacks it too. The Manufacturing Module first appears on Premium at $1,169 a month billed yearly, or $1,299 monthly, with two users included.
What moves the real bill
- Annual billing assumed. The advertised rate requires paying for a year up front. Monthly billing costs more.

Pricing detail
XoroONE now has published prices (first seen 2026-10-09; the record previously said no price was published). The XoroONE page shows three plans with a Yearly/Monthly switch, yearly being the default and marked as the sale price: Essential $449 a month yearly or $499 monthly, "Basic ERP functionality for a new business", 2 users and 1 warehouse; Standard $719 yearly or $799 monthly, "Added users & locations for a growing company", though its card also lists 2 users and 1 warehouse; Premium $1,169 yearly or $1,299 monthly, "Premium features for your established company", 2 users and 2 warehouses. The plan cards check or cross each module: Manufacturing Module, WMS Module, EDI Connectivity, Shipstation Connection and 3PL Connection are crossed out on Essential; Standard adds WMS but still crosses out Manufacturing; only Premium checks Manufacturing. Every plan lists a Full Accounting Module, Customer Portal, Business Analytics and B2C/B2B Connection. The page does not state the currency beyond a dollar sign, does not price extra users, and names no setup fee. XoroERP, which the documentation describes and which sells the "Production and Shop Floor Module", still ends in "Request a demo".

| Nets against stock on handIt subtracts what you already have before telling you to buy more. | Yes | "Short: Quantity of items short after deducting quantities on Sales Orders and adding quantities to be consumed during manufacturing." Net Available is "Available inventory after allocation".Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice. | Yes | Open supply is counted: "On PO: Items on released Purchase Orders" and "On MO (+): Items to be produced during manufacturing"; Days Available Inventory covers "current stock and incoming supplies".Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: docs.xorosoft.com › Short inventory planner fields(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times. | Yes | "Procurement Date: This suggests the most optimal date to raise a purchase order or start production, taking into account lead times and forecast demand." The replenishment report also shows each item's Lead Time.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- Planning is replenishment-style: it nets sales orders, forecasts, stock, open POs and existing MOs and suggests a procurement date, but it does not explode suggested make orders into component demand.
- The public docs describe XoroERP, which is quote-only. The smaller XoroONE now publishes prices, but its plan cards cross out the Manufacturing Module on Essential ($449) and Standard ($719); it is checked only on Premium at $1,169 a month billed yearly.
Evidence and verification
Researched 2026-09-19 from docs.xorosoft.com (fetched as the GitBook site's markdown pages: Short Inventory Planner and its fields, Inventory Planning and Replenishment, BOM, Manufacturing Order, Workstation Logging, Quality Issue Codes, Quarantine Resolution, Journal Entry, Data Export Centre, API) and the vendor's MCP, integrations and pricing pages, read verbatim. The Shopify App Store listing from the discovery import was not re-read and is dropped as a source. Re-read 2026-10-09: the /pricing page now redirects to the home page, and the XoroONE page publishes three priced plans; recorded from the plan cards, including which modules each card checks.

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Confirm lot and serial tracking; nothing in the docs mentions it.
- Document how a made sub-assembly works, given that only raw-material items can be added to a BOM.
- Find how manufactured cost and COGS are calculated.
- Get an indicative price for XoroERP, and confirm what the XoroONE Premium Manufacturing Module covers against the XoroERP production documentation.
- Check webhooks and a full data export.
Still unknown: capacity planning, recipes & formulas, batch & lot traceability, serial numbers, webhooks, full data export.
