Elevated Signals

by Elevated Signals

Batch / process manufacturingProprietary SaaSPartially verified

Cloud manufacturing software for licensed producers, built around electronic GMP batch records, lot-level inventory and costing, and sold to cannabis, food and nutraceutical makers who have outgrown seed-to-sale tools.

Why it is classified this way

We call this a Batch / process manufacturing product. Built around recipes or formulas, batch runs, and lot genealogy. May or may not include full time-phased planning.

It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.

The six Full MRP tests, and how Elevated Signals does on each (1 of 6)
  1. YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: elevatedsignals.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)
  2. UnknownIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  3. PartialIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
  4. UnknownIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. No evidence found yet.No page describes a planning run that turns demand for a finished product into component requirements. What the planning page describes is a production calendar of linked work orders with conflict alerts. elevatedsignals.com › Planning scheduling(opens in a new tab)
  5. UnknownIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  6. UnknownIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. No evidence found yet.

These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.

Best for

  • Licensed cannabis or food producers replacing paper batch records and a seed-to-sale tool with one system
  • Teams whose binding constraint is an audit rather than a material shortage
  • Operations that want costing and QA built on the records the floor already fills in

Not a fit when

  • Anyone who needs an MRP run that says what to order and when. Nothing public describes one
  • Buyers who want a published price before a sales call
  • Shops that need work-center capacity planning rather than a location-based schedule

Pricing facts

What it costs to do manufacturing in this product.

No published price

This vendor does not publish pricing, so you cannot compare it against anything here without contacting them. We will not estimate a figure.

What moves the real bill

  • No published price. You have to contact the vendor, which usually means a sales call.

Pricing detail

No price is published. The pricing FAQ says only: "Pricing depends on your stage and goals - we work with emerging manufacturers through to enterprise operations, and price according to your growth stage. Our modular approach means you only pay for what you need." So the bill depends on which modules you take and how big you are, and neither is quantified anywhere public. The FAQ says most customers "go live in weeks, not months", and onboarding is a tailored project rather than a listed fee.

CapabilityFindingWhat we found
Accepts dated demandYou can tell it what is due and when, sales orders with dates, a forecast, or a production schedule.UnknownNot yet researched. We would need: documentation showing demand records that carry a required or due date.Know the answer?
Nets against stock on handIt subtracts what you already have before telling you to buy more.PartialProcurement is tied to stock levels rather than to a requirement calculation: the procurement page lists "STOCK LEVEL ALERTS" and "INVENTORY-LINKED PROCUREMENT", and no page describes netting demand against stock on hand.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice.UnknownNot yet researched. We would need: documentation showing open purchase or production orders included in the supply picture.Know the answer?
Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times.UnknownNot yet researched. We would need: documentation showing lead time fields that shift a suggested order or start date.Know the answer?
Produces dated buy/make suggestionsThe output is an actionable list with dates, order this much by this date, start this batch on this date.UnknownNot yet researched. We would need: documentation or a screenshot of replenishment or planning suggestions carrying dates.Know the answer?
Capacity planningChecks whether your people and machines can do the work in the time available.PartialScheduling works on locations and space rather than work-center load: "LOCATION-BASED CONFLICT ALERTS", "WORK ORDERS & LOCATIONS-BASED SCHEDULING", and a promise to "plan around space or inventory constraints". Nothing describes capacity compared against a load.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: elevatedsignals.com › Planning scheduling(opens in a new tab)Question this

Editorial notes and cautions

Things we would want a friend to know before buying.

  • The vendor's manufacturing page calls this "manufacturing execution software", while its home page positions it against ERPs ("WE'RE NOT ANOTHER ERP. WE'RE THE ALTERNATIVE."). It holds inventory, purchasing and costing itself, which is why we class it as batch and process rather than shop-floor execution. It is not a planning system either way.
  • Every capability here comes from the vendor's feature pages. There is no public manual, so the depth behind each list item is unverified.
  • Compliance help is regional. The cannabis page describes Canadian CTS reporting ("Our CTS-as-a-Service feature reduces manual work and helps you stay audit-ready") and writes about US state regimes separately, so ask what is automated for your jurisdiction.

Evidence and verification

Partially verifiedLast checked October 9, 2026 · 48% of capability fields resolved · 100% of those carry a source

Why this record is not Verified. Held at partially verified: every claim rests on the vendor's own feature pages, there is no public manual, and under half of the capability table is resolved.

Researched 2026-09-20 from eleven of the vendor's pages, read in full. The planning fields stay Unknown deliberately: the planning and scheduling page describes a production calendar with conflict alerts, not a requirements calculation, so there is nothing to record as dated demand, netting or order-by dates. The cannabis page draws the distinction the vendor wants drawn: "Most seed-to-sale systems focus only on compliance. Elevated Signals goes further - connecting inventory, quality, planning, costing and electronic batch records in one platform. It's built for operations, not just regulators."

What we still want to confirm

We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.

  • Get a demo or a manual that shows whether stock alerts ever become a dated order-by suggestion.
  • Confirm whether recipes scale by potency, the formulation question that decides most extract dosing.
  • Confirm what the Open API covers, and whether any public reference exists.
  • Ask which regulators it files to directly (CTS in Canada, Metrc or BioTrack in US states) and which need rekeying.
  • Establish multi-level BOM handling, serial tracking and export options.

Still unknown: accepts dated demand, counts incoming orders, uses lead times, produces dated buy/make suggestions, multi-level bom, recipes & formulas, routings & operations, serial numbers, ecommerce connection, webhooks, mcp support, csv export, full data export.
