Zedonk
by F2IT Ltd (Dedagroup Stealth)
Modular fashion ERP from London for small and medium apparel brands: BOMs linked to a raw material library, material requirements calculated from confirmed sales orders, purchase orders, production tracking, multi-location stock, wholesale and Shopify sales, with packages published in pounds and paid annually.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Manufacturing ERP product. A broad business system (accounting, sales, purchasing) with a substantial manufacturing or planning module attached.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.
The six Full MRP tests, and how Zedonk does on each (2 of 6)
- YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: zedonk.co.uk › Production inventory(opens in a new tab); zedonk.co.uk › Raw materials purchasing(opens in a new tab); zedonk.co.uk › Z studio fashion plm software(opens in a new tab)
- PartialIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
- PartialIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
- YesIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials.Evidence: zedonk.co.uk › Production inventory(opens in a new tab); zedonk.co.uk › Raw materials purchasing(opens in a new tab)Demand is pushed through BOMs into material requirements: "Our raw material inventory software calculates your exact fabric requirements based on active production runs and confirmed sales orders." The FAQ repeats it: "We automatically calculate your exact material and component requirements based on confirmed sales orders and detailed BOMs." The raw materials FAQ says Z.Hub "uses those BOMs to auto-calc exact material needs for production". These are marketing pages; no help article shows the calculation, and nothing says the requirement is netted against stock or that materials are consumed when a run completes.
- PartialIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
- PartialIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Small and medium fashion and accessory brands that want BOMs, material requirements, purchasing and wholesale selling in one system with a published price
- Brands selling through wholesale showrooms and marketplaces such as JOOR and NuORDER, with a B2B showroom and an offline iPad sales app from the same vendor
- UK and European labels that price in pounds and want onboarding and training included in the subscription
Not a fit when
- Makers outside apparel, footwear and accessories; the product is organized around seasons, collections, colorways and size matrices
- Shops that cut and sew in-house and need operator screens, routings through stations or capacity planning, none of which is documented
- Anyone who needs month-to-month billing or a self-serve trial; packages are paid annually and sales starts with a demo
- Teams that need lot, serial or expiry tracking, which no public page mentions

Billing basis
Per module
What moves the real bill
- Onboarding fee. The pricing FAQ says "All Zedonk plans include full onboarding and training" and the page promises "tailored onboarding, guidance and ongoing support at no extra cost", but a later FAQ answer says "ERP implementation costs depend on customisation, data migration, integrations, and training" and asks you to "contact our team to arrange a consultation". No implementation figure is published.
- Priced per module. The base plan is not the whole system. Check which modules you need.

Planning
Working out what to buy or make, and when.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Accepts dated demandYou can tell it what is due and when, sales orders with dates, a forecast, or a production schedule. | Partial | Sales orders, including pre-orders, are the demand, and the stock view shows "quantities sold, costs, delivery dates, and orders currently in production" by calendar season. No page shows a required date on an order feeding a planning run.Reviewed October 10, 2026. Source: zedonk.co.uk › Production inventory(opens in a new tab); zedonk.co.uk › Sales order management(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Nets against stock on handIt subtracts what you already have before telling you to buy more. | Partial | The raw materials FAQ says: "Zedonk links your BOMs to your inventory, so you always know exactly what materials are needed and when." The production page says: "Know exactly what stock you have before committing to your next sample run." Neither says stock on hand is subtracted from the calculated requirement.Reviewed October 10, 2026. Source: zedonk.co.uk › Raw materials purchasing(opens in a new tab); zedonk.co.uk › Production inventory(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice. | Partial | Open production counts as finished-goods supply for allocation: "Real-time validation ensures items are allocated only if physically available or scheduled for production delivery." On the materials side the page says only that purchase order tracking helps "keep an eye on your commitments so you never over-order"; open POs are not described as netted against material requirements.Reviewed October 10, 2026. | Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times. | Partial | Supplier lead times are stored ("Keep all your vendor details, lead times, and minimum order quantities in one place") and feed reorder points: "You can set dynamic reorder points based on lead times and demand, so the system automatically replenishes stock before it runs out." No page shows a lead time shifting a suggested order or start date.Reviewed October 10, 2026. Source: zedonk.co.uk › Raw materials purchasing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Produces dated buy/make suggestionsThe output is an actionable list with dates, order this much by this date, start this batch on this date. | Partial | Replenishment is described as reorder-point driven: "the system automatically replenishes stock before it runs out." No page shows a dated buy or make list.Reviewed October 10, 2026. Source: zedonk.co.uk › Raw materials purchasing(opens in a new tab)Question this |

| Bill of materialsA list of the parts and quantities needed to make one of something. | Yes | The production page says: "Improve accuracy down to the smallest trim with automated Bills of Materials (BOMs), clear cost calculations, and live production tracking." The raw materials FAQ describes tech packs as "digital 'recipes' listing all fabrics, trims, quantities, etc." and the Z.Studio page keeps "sketches, fabric swatches, trims, and bill-of-materials (BOM) organised in a single, visually intuitive hub".Reviewed October 10, 2026. | Work / manufacturing ordersA record authorising and tracking the making of a specific quantity. | Partial | A production order record exists by name: the Z.Planner page says "Have a production docket in Z.Hub? That links automatically to your Production Delivery phase", the production page lists "orders currently in production" and the allocation FAQ refers to "production book-ins". No page describes what a docket holds or how it is raised and closed.Reviewed October 10, 2026. These are timeline stages, not operations assigned to machines or stations, and Z.Planner is not listed in any priced package.Reviewed October 10, 2026. | Product costing & COGSWhat it costs you to make one, and the cost of the goods you sold. | Yes | Components are linked to styles so "your costings update automatically as prices change", and the pricing calculator considers "'Make' costs, freight, and duty" when recommending wholesale and retail prices. Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- Prices are in pounds and paid annually. Every package is "Prices starting from" a monthly figure, and the FAQ page puts the floor at £1990 a year. Convert before comparing against the dollar-priced products in this directory.
- Zedonk is built for fashion brands specifically: styles, seasons, colorways, tech packs and wholesale showrooms. The FAQ says it also serves lifestyle, interior design and petswear clients, but the whole product is described in fashion terms.
- Most of the evidence here is marketing copy and FAQ answers on the vendor's site. The "Zedonkopedia" knowledge base is mentioned but not publicly linked, so no claim rests on documentation.
- The material requirements calculation is stated on marketing pages. No page says materials are deducted or issued against a production run when it completes, so stock consumption is unconfirmed.
Alternatives to Zedonk
An alternative is always an alternative for a reason. There is no universal replacement.
ApparelMagic is another apparel ERP with published plan prices, tech packs, production with vendors and its own accounting, priced in dollars for three users.
Uphance covers the same apparel ground with documented help articles and its own general ledger, but publishes no price and sells only after a discovery call.
Evidence and verification
Why this record is not Verified. New record from one research pass on 2026-10-10; every capability claim rests on marketing pages and FAQ answers rather than documentation. Held at partially verified until an editor re-reads the cited pages or finds the help center.
Researched 2026-10-10 from zedonk.co.uk: the homepage, pricing and FAQ pages, every solution page (production and inventory, raw materials and purchasing, products and costings, sales orders, allocation, multi-location inventory, Z.Planner, Z.Studio, B2B showroom and sales app) and the integrations page, read as page text. No public help center or API documentation was found, and the integrations page's directory listed no entries in the fetched HTML.

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Find the "Zedonkopedia" knowledge base or any help article; every claim here rests on marketing pages and FAQ answers.
- Confirm whether completing a production docket deducts materials from raw material stock; the pages state requirement calculation only.
- Confirm whether the material requirement is netted against stock on hand and open purchase orders.
- Confirm the user count each package covers, any extra-user price, VAT treatment, and whether a monthly billing term exists.
- Confirm the one-time implementation cost the pricing FAQ refers to, against the promise of onboarding at no extra cost.
- Find first-party evidence for the fields still unknown: multi-level BOM, shop-floor tracking, quality, lots, serials, expiry, API, webhooks, CSV and full data export, capacity planning.
- The integrations directory on the integrations page showed "No integrations in this category" in the fetched HTML; it is probably loaded by script, so the full list of 100-plus connectors was not read.
Still unknown: capacity planning, multi-level bom, recipes & formulas, shop-floor tracking, quality controls, batch & lot traceability, expiry & shelf life, serial numbers, api, webhooks, mcp support, csv export, full data export.
