AIMS360
by AIMS360 (AF Technology, LLC)
Cloud ERP for apparel and consumer-product brands: style, color and size inventory, cut tickets and production purchase orders with a bill of materials, quantity tracking through production stages, wholesale, EDI and DTC order management, and its own AR, AP and general ledger. Priced by quote on three user-minimum plans.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Manufacturing ERP product. A broad business system (accounting, sales, purchasing) with a substantial manufacturing or planning module attached.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.
The six Full MRP tests, and how AIMS360 does on each (3 of 6)
- YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: aims360.com › Fashion plm software production(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule.Evidence: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming.Evidence: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)
- UnknownIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. No evidence found yet.Cut tickets issue their bill of materials when production is created, but no planning run that turns order demand into material requirements is described. aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)
- UnknownIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. No evidence found yet.
- PartialIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Apparel brands that cut and sew or import, and need production tracked by style, color and size
- Wholesale brands shipping to department stores over EDI who also sell direct
- Teams that want AR, AP and a general ledger in the same system as their stock
Not a fit when
- Shops that need dated material planning with lead times, which the public pages do not describe
- Buyers who want a price before a sales call: every plan and add-on is quoted
- Makers outside consumer products looking for general discrete manufacturing tools
Pricing facts
What it costs to do manufacturing in this product.
No published price
This vendor does not publish pricing, so you cannot compare it against anything here without contacting them. We will not estimate a figure.
What moves the real bill
- Minimum 3 users. You cannot buy fewer seats than this, even if fewer people need access.
- Onboarding fee. Implementation is included in every plan as "expert-led implementation"; the page gives no separate figure.
- No published price. You have to contact the vendor, which usually means a sales call.
Pricing detail
Quote only. The pricing page lists three plans, Bronze ("3 user minimum"), Silver ("5 user minimum") and Gold ("10 user minimum"), and says "Every plan includes the full AIMS360 platform, the same features, the same 24/7 support, and the same expert-led implementation. The only difference is the number of users." Production and costing, WMS and accounting are listed on every plan. Add-ons are quoted separately and itemized: EDI, WMS users and RFID, 3PL, ShipStation, B2B platforms, the rep iPad app, B2C integrations (Shopify, Amazon and others), returns, factor integration, extra companies, accounting integration (QuickBooks Online and Desktop, NetSuite, Business Central, Sage 100, Xero), MCP (beta), custom reporting and API access. No figures are published for any of them.

Manufacturing capability
19 of 25 fields resolved. "Unknown" means we have not found first-party evidence. It is not a No.
Planning
Working out what to buy or make, and when.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Accepts dated demandYou can tell it what is due and when, sales orders with dates, a forecast, or a production schedule. | Yes | Customer orders carry start and completion dates, and the "Open to sell by date" report takes "an order date range, by start or completion date". A production forecast projects sales per month for replenishment-coded styles.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Nets against stock on handIt subtracts what you already have before telling you to buy more. | Yes | Open to sell is "Stock plus work in process minus customer orders"; the open-to-sell-by-date report shows where "Negative rows are where production is short."Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice. | Yes | Work in process (cut tickets, production purchase orders and garment dye jobs) counts as supply in open to sell, and allocated WIP reserves production against real orders.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation showing lead time fields that shift a suggested order or start date.Know the answer? |
| Produces dated buy/make suggestionsThe output is an actionable list with dates, order this much by this date, start this batch on this date. | Partial | The production forecast gives "a replenishment quantity per month" for styles with a replenishment code. The pages describe no order-by date, and material shortfalls are read off reports rather than suggested as dated orders.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Inventory analysis(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Capacity planningChecks whether your people and machines can do the work in the time available. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of work-center or resource capacity being compared against load.Know the answer? |
Production
Recipes, bills of materials, and running the work.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Bill of materialsA list of the parts and quantities needed to make one of something. | Yes | "Every fabric with how much of it one garment consumes, every trim, and the labor operations." Cut tickets carry the bill of materials, and cost is rolled up from it.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Fashion plm software production(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Multi-level BOMSub-assemblies inside assemblies, a part that is itself made from other parts, nested as deep as you need. | Partial | Blanks can be mapped to decorated finished styles ("see blanks required against blanks on hand"), which is a second level, but nested bills of materials are not described.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Recipes & formulasBatch-style production by weight, volume, or percentage, including scaling a batch up or down. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of recipe or formula records, ideally with batch scaling.Know the answer? |
| Work / manufacturing ordersA record authorising and tracking the making of a specific quantity. | Yes | Production is held as cut tickets, production purchase orders and garment dye jobs, each tracked to completion and received into a warehouse.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Routings & operationsThe ordered steps a product goes through, and which machine or station does each one. | Yes | Production templates hold named stages (cutting, bundling, sewing, finishing, receiving), "each stage assignable to its own contractor", with dependencies between steps. Steps are advanced by hand: "Production tracking does not advance itself."Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Production process tracking(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Wip transfer tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Shop-floor trackingOperators report progress, time, and completions as the work happens. | Partial | Stage quantities are moved by a person as goods finish; there is no operator terminal for production. Scanning (AIMS360 Runway) covers receiving, picking and counting in the warehouse, including receiving WIP at the dock.Reviewed October 9, 2026. | Quality controlsChecks, tests, holds, and non-conformance records tied to production or receiving. | Partial | Final QC sign-off can be a gate in a production template, and damages are recorded separately at receiving. No inspection or non-conformance records are described.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Production process tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |
Inventory & traceability
Knowing what you hold and being able to trace it.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Batch & lot traceabilityWhich incoming material lots went into which finished batch, and where those finished goods went. | Partial | Materials are tracked by lot and fabric roll, and the roll and dye lot issued are printed on the cut ticket. A trace from a material lot to the customers who received the finished goods is not described.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Raw material trim inventory(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Expiry & shelf lifeBest-before dates on materials and finished goods, with warnings before they lapse. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of expiry, best-before, or shelf-life date fields.Know the answer? |
| Serial numbersUnique identifiers on individual units, for warranty or field service. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of serial number tracking on individual units.Know the answer? |
Commerce & accounting
Costs, purchasing, storefronts, and the books.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Product costing & COGSWhat it costs you to make one, and the cost of the goods you sold. | Yes | Cost is calculated from the bill of materials; landed cost adds freight, duty and fees per shipment; cost of goods is posted from the production that consumed it.Reviewed October 9, 2026. | Accounting connectionSends financial data to bookkeeping software, or includes its own general ledger. | Yes | AIMS360 "has full accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger modules built in", and posts journal entries to QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage 100 and Sage Intacct for teams that keep an outside ledger.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: aims360.com › Accounting(opens in a new tab); aims360.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Ecommerce connectionPulls orders and pushes stock levels to a storefront or marketplace. | Yes | Shopify, Amazon and other marketplaces feed the same order pool and inventory; the B2C integration is a paid add-on per site.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- The evidence is the vendor's own feature pages, which are detailed, and its public API reference. There is no public user manual, so how the planning reports behave in practice is not confirmed.
- Every plan includes the same features and differs only by user minimum, but nothing has a published price, including the add-ons most brands need (EDI, B2C integrations, accounting integration).
Alternatives to AIMS360
An alternative is always an alternative for a reason. There is no universal replacement.
Compared on Uphance's page, where we wrote: "AIMS360 is another quote-led apparel ERP with cut tickets, production stages, wholesale and EDI, and its own accounting."

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Find documentation of how the production forecast and open-to-sell-by-date reports turn into purchase or cut suggestions, and whether lead times move any date.
- Get a sample quote for a 3-user Bronze plan with the B2C and accounting integrations.
- Confirm lot trace from material lot to customer, and whether serials or expiry are tracked beyond RFID labeling.
- Confirm whether a full export of your data is available when leaving.
Still unknown: uses lead times, capacity planning, recipes & formulas, expiry & shelf life, serial numbers, webhooks.
