Zoho ERP

by Zoho

Manufacturing ERPProprietary SaaS✓ Verified

Zoho's ERP for Indian businesses: core financials with GST, supply chain, manufacturing orders from a BOM, job cards, a shop floor view and quality inspections in one product. Restocking works from reorder levels; there is no MRP run that dates purchases from demand.

Why it is classified this way

We call this a Manufacturing ERP product. A broad business system (accounting, sales, purchasing) with a substantial manufacturing or planning module attached.

It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.

The six Full MRP tests, and how Zoho ERP does on each (1 of 6)
  1. YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: zoho.com › Bill of materials(opens in a new tab)
  2. UnknownIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  3. PartialIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
  4. PartialIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.Confirming a manufacturing order creates child manufacturing orders for components that have their own BOM, so one order explodes through its levels. There is no planning run that turns sales demand into component requirements. zoho.com › Create manufacture order(opens in a new tab)
  5. UnknownIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  6. PartialIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.

These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.

Editorial notes and cautions

Things we would want a friend to know before buying.

  • India only. This record covers the zoho.com/en-in/erp edition; Zoho Inventory, the global product, is a different app and says it does not yet support manufacturing modules.
  • Planning is replenishment by reorder level. Confirming a manufacturing order creates sub-assembly orders, but nothing calculates when to order materials for future demand.

Evidence and verification

Researched 2026-09-19 from the India edition's pricing page (feature table read from the page HTML), help center and API reference. Every quote was read from the rendered page, not a summary. The record's old URL, zoho.com/in/erp, now redirects to /en-in/erp.

What we still want to confirm

We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.

  • Check whether demand (sales orders) or lead times feed replenishment in any way.
  • Check capacity planning against work schedules, and recipe or formula support.
  • Find CSV and full data export documentation.
  • Check whether a finished-goods batch can be traced back to its component batches.

Still unknown: accepts dated demand, uses lead times, capacity planning, recipes & formulas, mcp support, csv export, full data export.
