Deacom ERP
by ECI Solutions
An all-in-one ERP for batch and process manufacturers, covering formulas, forecasting, material planning, production jobs, quality testing on the floor, shelf life and warehousing in one system rather than several. The breadth is the point and so is the floor on company size.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Manufacturing ERP product. A broad business system (accounting, sales, purchasing) with a substantial manufacturing or planning module attached.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.
The six Full MRP tests, and how Deacom ERP does on each (2 of 6)
- YesIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula.Evidence: ecisolutions.com › Supply chain planning(opens in a new tab); ecisolutions.com › Deacom erp software(opens in a new tab); ecisolutions.com › Features(opens in a new tab)
- YesIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule.Evidence: ecisolutions.com › Deacom erp software(opens in a new tab)
- PartialIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. No evidence found yet.
- UnknownIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. No evidence found yet.
- PartialIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
- PartialIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Batch manufacturers who want one system rather than an ERP plus a manufacturing bolt-on
- Shops where quality testing happens on the floor and needs recording as it happens
- Processors managing shelf life across raw materials and finished goods
Not a fit when
- Shops with fewer than five people needing logins, given the stated minimum
- Anyone needing a published price, since both packages are quoted
- Buyers wanting a light system, since the breadth here implies an implementation
Pricing facts
What it costs to do manufacturing in this product.
No published price
This vendor does not publish pricing, so you cannot compare it against anything here without contacting them. We will not estimate a figure.
What moves the real bill
- Minimum 5 users. You cannot buy fewer seats than this, even if fewer people need access.
- No published price. You have to contact the vendor, which usually means a sales call.
Pricing detail
No rates published, but one useful constraint is: "Our process software packages have a minimum of five concurrent users, so you will never be required to pay for a seat you don't plan to use." Two packages are named, Deacom Essentials and Deacom Enterprise, with no figures against either. That five user floor is the number to plan around, because it sets a lower bound on any quote. The pricing page comparison table ticks the same features for both packages (AI, Cloud, Supply Chain Planning, MRP and MRO, Catch Weight, Document Generation, Lot Tracking, Ecommerce and SOC 2), and only FDA Validation is Enterprise-only. Ecommerce differs in kind: "The Deacom Enterprise solution has native ecommerce capabilities", while Essentials uses the EvolutionX integration.

Planning
Working out what to buy or make, and when.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Accepts dated demandYou can tell it what is due and when, sales orders with dates, a forecast, or a production schedule. | Yes | "Create forecasts for products based on historical sales", and the replenishment is described as forecast-driven.Reviewed October 9, 2026. | Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation showing open purchase or production orders included in the supply picture.Know the answer? |
| Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times. | Partial | Long lead time raw materials are called out as a purchasing concern, but nothing published says lead time offsets a dated plan.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Deacom erp software(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Produces dated buy/make suggestionsThe output is an actionable list with dates, order this much by this date, start this batch on this date. | Partial | Forecast-driven replenishment implies suggested buying. No dated instruction is described.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Deacom erp software(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Capacity planningChecks whether your people and machines can do the work in the time available. | Partial | Scheduling is unified with inventory and compliance in one platform. Whether it constrains to finite capacity is not stated.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Deacom erp software(opens in a new tab)Question this |
Production
Recipes, bills of materials, and running the work.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Bill of materialsA list of the parts and quantities needed to make one of something. | Yes | Production Management covers BOMs with revisions, "allowing you to add and maintain bills of material, revisions, and associated costs, configure overage and degradation factors, and define batch yields". MRP works out indirect requirements from the BOM.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Supply chain planning(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Multi-level BOMSub-assemblies inside assemblies, a part that is itself made from other parts, nested as deep as you need. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of nested or multi-level bom structures, not just a flat component list.Know the answer? |
| Recipes & formulasBatch-style production by weight, volume, or percentage, including scaling a batch up or down. | Yes | Formulas auto-calculate materials, in an ERP the vendor describes as "all-in-one, comprehensive" for batch and process manufacturers.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Inventory & traceability
Knowing what you hold and being able to trace it.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Batch & lot traceabilityWhich incoming material lots went into which finished batch, and where those finished goods went. | Yes | "Track raw & finished material lots across batches, finished products and shipments."Reviewed October 9, 2026. Openness & your data
Getting data in, out, and away if you leave.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| APIA documented programming interface so other software can read and write your data. | Partial | The vendor states: "The Deacom Built-In APIs take full advantage of all functions of the Deacom ERP system. All business rules are defined in the Central Business Rules layer. The API is part of that layer and utilizes all functionality provided for a given transaction." Built-in APIs are described, but there is no public endpoint reference showing what a customer can read and write. Checked 2026-09-14.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Api integrations(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| WebhooksThe system can notify other software the moment something changes. | Partial | The vendor states: "Deacom's database trigger system is built to fire events when an insert or update happens at the database level. This system can generate files and send them via FTP, SFTP, or FTPS. This system can also make POSTs to RESTful web service endpoints." Database triggers can POST to REST endpoints when records change, which does the job of a webhook. It is configured per system rather than offered as a webhook subscription, so partial. Checked 2026-09-14.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: ecisolutions.com › Api integrations(opens in a new tab)Question this |

| CSV exportYou can get your lists out as spreadsheet files. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of csv or spreadsheet export.Know the answer? |
| Full data exportYou can take everything, including history and relationships, not just a few screens' worth of rows. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of a complete account export, database dump, or equivalent.Know the answer? |

Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- The five concurrent user minimum is the most concrete pricing fact the vendor publishes, and it is a floor rather than a ceiling. A two-person shop is not the buyer here.
Evidence and verification
Read across the product, features and pricing pages. Deacom describes more of the manufacturing loop than most records here, which is why so many fields are yes. What is absent is any statement that planning output carries dates, so the time-phased rules stay partial. Promoted to Verified on publication: 56% of capability fields resolved, every displayed answer sourced, three first-party sources, and the pricing position explained through the five concurrent user minimum rather than estimated.

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Get a quote at the five user minimum, and the implementation cost alongside it. The pricing page has only a quote form and the five-concurrent-user minimum, with no figures for software or implementation.
- Establish whether material planning offsets lead times against required dates. The Supply Chain Planning page describes MRP demand ("scheduled sales orders, scheduled production jobs, and indirect requirements") but not lead-time offsetting. Needs a demo.
Still unknown: counts incoming orders, multi-level bom, mcp support, csv export, full data export.
