InnoVint

by InnoVint Inc.

Batch / process manufacturingProprietary SaaSPartially verified

Winery production software from a US vendor. Work orders assign cellar tasks and write each submitted task to lot and vessel inventory, additions and bottlings draw additive and packaging batches down, the Finance add-on carries cost per lot from grape to bottle, and the TTB 5120.17 report is generated from recorded activity. Every package is priced by quote.

Why it is classified this way

We call this a Batch / process manufacturing product. Built around recipes or formulas, batch runs, and lot genealogy. May or may not include full time-phased planning.

It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula; accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.

The six Full MRP tests, and how InnoVint does on each (0 of 6)
  1. PartialIt represents a bill of materials, recipe, or formula. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
  2. UnknownIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  3. UnknownIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  4. PartialIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.Quantities are calculated per action at execution, not by a planning run. A bottling task estimates output ("InnoVint will estimate the total cases bottled based on the volume removed from the wine lot.") and "Apply bottles to packaging used" copies the bottle count into packaging used; the addition calculator sizes additives from vessel fill. Nothing turns a schedule into component requirements. support.innovint.us › How to record or edit a bottling action(opens in a new tab); support.innovint.us › How to record an addition additive batch tracker add on(opens in a new tab)
  5. UnknownIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. No evidence found yet.
  6. UnknownIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. No evidence found yet.

These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.

Best for

  • Wineries and custom crush facilities that want cellar work orders completed on a phone, with each submitted task written to lot and vessel inventory
  • Producers who file the TTB 5120.17 and want it generated from recorded activity
  • Wineries that want lot-level cost of goods, with additive and packaging costs carried to the wine as they are used (the Finance add-on)

Not a fit when

  • Buyers who need a published price before a sales call; every package and add-on ends in "Talk to Sales"
  • Breweries, distilleries, cideries or any maker outside wine: the workflows are juice and wine lots, vessels, tax classes and the 5120.17
  • Anyone who needs purchase orders or dated buy suggestions; dry goods are received against a typed PO number, and no page describes reorder planning
  • Businesses that need a live QuickBooks sync; the only path we found is a CSV invoice export from the SUPPLY product, and the COGS FAQ says there is no direct integration

Pricing facts

What it costs to do manufacturing in this product.

No published price

This vendor does not publish pricing, so you cannot compare it against anything here without contacting them. We will not estimate a figure.

What moves the real bill

  • Onboarding fee. Not published. The packages FAQ lists "self-service resources in our Support Center, on-demand video training, and end-to-end managed projects" as onboarding options, without a price.
  • No published price. You have to contact the vendor, which usually means a sales call.

Pricing detail

No price appears on the packages page; every package ends in "Talk to Sales" and Enterprise in "Contact Us". Make is the production product, "End-to-end system to manage all aspects of wine production from grape to bottle, with unlimited access for all team members." It comes in three packages. Core includes "Unlimited Users", "Multi-site Winery Management", "Real-time Inventory Tracking", "Bulk Wine & Vessel Management", "Work Order Management & Action Recording", "TTB 5120.17 Report Generation", "Lab Analysis Tracking", "Additive & Packaging Tracking", "3 Custom Reports" and the InnoApp mobile app with offline mode. Plus is "Everything in Core" and adds "Intended Use Allocations", "Blending Trials", "Owner-based Permissions", "Unlimited Custom Reports", "Dry Goods History Reports", "Point in Time Inventory Tracking", tank gauging and "Interactive Winery Tank Maps". Custom Crush adds client-scoped inventory, permissions and "Alternating Proprietor (AP) Compliance". Supply is a separate product ("NEW PRODUCT") for case goods: "Multi-Location Inventory Management", "Bonded and Tax-Paid Management", "TTB Reporting for Case Goods", "Excise Tax Reporting" and "Two-Way integration with Commerce7". Grow (vineyard tracking) and Finance ("Winery cost accounting and COGS tracking") are labeled "ADD-ON". The inventory tracking page describes a subscription as "the core winemaking platform with the option to activate specialized modules", and the help center says Dry Goods batch tracking, Case Goods Management and COGS Tracking are activated by Support.

Production

Recipes, bills of materials, and running the work.

Production capabilities, with our finding and its source for each.
CapabilityFindingWhat we found
Bill of materialsA list of the parts and quantities needed to make one of something.PartialPackaging is chosen on each bottling rather than stored against a product: "InnoVint will default to include 4 packaging types: Glass/Vessels, Closures, Labels, and Capsules/Foils." Products and batches are then selected per action. No page describes a stored bill of materials for a finished SKU.Reviewed October 10, 2026. Multi-level BOMSub-assemblies inside assemblies, a part that is itself made from other parts, nested as deep as you need.UnknownNot yet researched. We would need: documentation of nested or multi-level bom structures, not just a flat component list.Know the answer?
Recipes & formulasBatch-style production by weight, volume, or percentage, including scaling a batch up or down.PartialEach additive carries a rate, not a recipe: "Enter a default addition rate, if applicable." In an addition, "Editing the addition rate will update the calculated values based on the new rate and fill of each vessel." Work order templates save a set of tasks. CapabilityFindingWhat we found
Batch & lot traceabilityWhich incoming material lots went into which finished batch, and where those finished goods went.YesWine lots are the unit of record, with "complete traceability back to the grape sources" and "full traceability of ingredients per lot". Additives and packaging are tracked by batch: in an addition, "Select a batch from the Batch # dropdown. This list is populated by the active (non-depleted) batches available for the selected additive." Bottling records the packaging batches used per format.Reviewed October 10, 2026. On the vendor's roadmap

The vendor's own account of what is coming, dated. A plan changes nothing in the table above, which records what we saw working.

  • The SUPPLY FAQ says a QuickBooks integration for order processing is planned, "but are not able to share a timeline for the feature", and that inventory allocations are planned but not available. Vendor statement, October 10, 2026.

Editorial notes and cautions

Things we would want a friend to know before buying.

  • No price is published anywhere on the site. Every package (Core, Plus, Custom Crush), the Supply product and the Grow and Finance add-ons end in "Talk to Sales" or "Contact Us", so every package is a sales conversation.
  • Built for wineries specifically: lots are juice and wine, vessels are tanks, barrels and bins, and compliance means the TTB 5120.17. Nothing on the site addresses any other product.
  • Most capability notes come from the public Support Center rather than marketing pages, but what each package includes rests on the packages page alone, and Dry Goods batch tracking, Case Goods Management and COGS Tracking are described as modules that Support activates.
  • MAKE and SUPPLY are separate products. The SUPPLY FAQ says "Bottling actions in MAKE do not automatically trigger this new SKU in SUPPLY", so finished case goods are added to SUPPLY by hand, and SUPPLY "does not have allocation capabilities yet."

Alternatives to InnoVint

An alternative is always an alternative for a reason. There is no universal replacement.

  • Ekos is the other quote-only beverage system in the catalog, with a wine tier beside beer, cider and spirits, and a QuickBooks integration where InnoVint has a CSV export.

  • Vinsight publishes its winery plan prices and also covers cideries, breweries and distilleries, so it is the comparison to run before booking an InnoVint sales call.

Evidence and verification

Partially verifiedLast checked October 10, 2026 · 60% of capability fields resolved · 100% of those carry a source

Why this record is not Verified. Held at partially verified: no price is published, the API is asserted but not documented in public, and the package contents rest on one marketing page.

Researched 2026-10-10 from the packages page, the product and feature pages and the public Support Center (work orders, additions, bottling, receiving dry goods, dry goods depletion and costing, exports, the SUPPLY QuickBooks export, the Commerce7 integration, the SUPPLY FAQ and Intended Use). The API reference and the InnoVint Academy videos were not reachable without an account, and the help center search returned 404, so the article list came from its category pages.

What we still want to confirm

We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.

  • Get a price for Core, Plus, Custom Crush, Supply, Grow and Finance; the packages page shows none.
  • Find the public API reference the data services page says exists, and confirm whether webhooks are offered.
  • Confirm whether any page describes planning: dated demand, reorder points, purchase orders or lead times. The SUPPLY order flow moves stock from Available to On order but suggests nothing.
  • Confirm whether a bottling SKU can hold a stored packaging bill of materials, or whether packaging is always chosen per bottling.
  • Confirm serial numbers, expiry on packaging or finished goods, and any full account export.

Still unknown: accepts dated demand, nets against stock on hand, counts incoming orders, uses lead times, produces dated buy/make suggestions, capacity planning, multi-level bom, serial numbers, webhooks, mcp support.
