Ollie
by Next Glass
Craft beverage software from Next Glass, priced flat with unlimited users and bundled Untappd marketing extras. Ollie Ops covers recipes, brew logs, tanks and barrels, raw material forecasting against scheduled batches, lot codes, batch costing and TTB reports, and since September 2026 a distilling mode with spirit lots and TTB 5110 worksheets.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Batch / process manufacturing product. Built around recipes or formulas, batch runs, and lot genealogy. May or may not include full time-phased planning.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.
The six Full MRP tests, and how Ollie does on each (2 of 6)

- PartialIt accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
- PartialIt nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming. Not established. No evidence found yet.
- YesIt explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials.Evidence: support.ollieorder.com › Raw Material Forecast by Batch Report(opens in a new tab); support.ollieorder.com › Raw Material Forecast Report(opens in a new tab)The Raw Material Forecast works out ingredient needs from the recipes of batches on the calendar: "This report will show a list by batch, of any raw materials you may be running out of". It is single-level and covers scheduled batches only.
- UnknownIt uses lead times or required dates. Not established. No evidence found yet.
- PartialIt produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. Not established. Only partly shown: the evidence covers some of this but not all of it, so the test is not established.
These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Small breweries that want production, inventory, costing and TTB reports at a published flat price
- Teams that want every staff member logged in without per-seat charges
- Brewstilleries that want beer and spirits in one account; distilling was added in September 2026
Not a fit when
- Buyers who need purchase suggestions timed by supplier lead times: the forecast flags shortfalls by batch date but does not use lead times
- Distillers who want a long track record: the distilling mode is weeks old, so ask for a reference DSP

Pricing detail
Two published plans in US dollars a month: Ops at $201 (brewery production) and Standard at $366 (Ops plus dashboards, self-distribution, CRM and a retailer database). A third tier, Premium, appears only in the comparison table, without a price. The page says the price does not rise with volume ("Ollie's price stays the same no matter how much volume you brew") and offers a limited-time three-year price lock; it does not say whether the figures need an annual contract. The Ops card lists "Realtime Inventory Tracking", but the comparison table only checks "Real-Time Inventory" from Standard up, so confirm what Ops includes for finished-goods stock. The pricing page is written for breweries; the help center says distilling runs in the same Ollie Ops product, but no separate distillery price is shown.

Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- TTB scope differs by drink. For beer, Ollie Ops generates the quarterly brewer's report as a PDF; for spirits, the help center says it "transcribes monthly TTB reports" as worksheets you check and file. Ask which forms are covered for your permit before signing.
- The pricing page and its own comparison table disagree on whether Ops includes real-time finished-goods inventory, and the Premium tier has no published price.
Alternatives to Ollie
An alternative is always an alternative for a reason. There is no universal replacement.
Breww starts below Ollie for small breweries because it prices by annual volume, and it documents a report that follows one ingredient lot to the customers who received it.
Compared on DISTILL x 5's page, where we wrote: "Ollie added a distilling mode in September 2026 with spirit lots and TTB worksheets, at a published flat monthly price."
Ekos covers the same craft beer, cider and spirits ground with keg tracking and TTB reporting, but it only quotes prices on request.
Evidence and verification
Why this record is not Verified. Held at partially verified on purpose: the pricing page contradicts its own comparison table on what Ops includes, the billing term is not stated, and the distilling mode is too new to check against a working distillery.
Researched 2026-10-09 from the pricing page (plan checkmarks read from the page's markup), the production, COGS and QuickBooks pages, and about 290 articles in the public help center, including the new distilling set.

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Confirm whether the raw material forecast counts open purchase orders and uses supplier lead times.
- Confirm the billing term behind the monthly prices and the Premium price.
- Find an API, webhooks, full data export and expiry or best-by handling, if any.
- Confirm which TTB spirits forms the distilling mode fills in and whether the price differs for distilleries.
Still unknown: counts incoming orders, uses lead times, expiry & shelf life, serial numbers, api, webhooks, mcp support, full data export.
