Stockria
by Stockria
A very low-priced inventory system with a broad feature list spanning purchasing, sales, bills of materials, manufacturing orders and offline barcode scanning, sold at launch prices the vendor says are locked for life.
Why it is classified this way
We call this a Light manufacturing product. Has bills of materials or recipes, consumes stock when you build, and tracks production, but time-phased planning is not verified.
It is not labeled Full MRP because we have not verified that it accepts dated demand, sales orders, a forecast, or a master production schedule; nets that demand against stock on hand and orders already incoming; explodes requirements through at least one level of the bill of materials; uses lead times or required dates; and produces dated buy, make, transfer, release, or reschedule recommendations. That is a statement about the evidence we found, not a claim that the product is weak, see the capability table and the sources below.

These rules are applied identically to every product and enforced at build time, a record cannot be published as Full MRP unless all six pass with a source attached. Read the methodology.
Best for
- Very small operations that mainly count, store and ship goods
- Teams that need offline barcode scanning in a warehouse with poor signal
- Anyone wanting to test a real system against 250 items at no cost
Not a fit when
- Batch producers who must trace which raw material lots went into a finished batch, which no vendor page describes
- Shops needing planning of any kind
- Buyers who need vendor track record before migrating their inventory

Manufacturing capability
15 of 25 fields resolved. "Unknown" means we have not found first-party evidence. It is not a No.
Planning
Working out what to buy or make, and when.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Accepts dated demandYou can tell it what is due and when, sales orders with dates, a forecast, or a production schedule. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation showing demand records that carry a required or due date.Know the answer? |
| Nets against stock on handIt subtracts what you already have before telling you to buy more. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation describing a requirement calculation that deducts available stock.Know the answer? |
| Counts incoming ordersIt knows about purchase orders and production orders already placed, so it does not tell you to order twice. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation showing open purchase or production orders included in the supply picture.Know the answer? |
| Uses lead timesIt works backwards from when you need something to when you must order or start it, using supplier and production lead times. | Partial | Lead time sets a days-of-cover alert and suggested purchase quantities: "When the window narrows below your lead time, the alert fires." It does not produce a dated order worked back from when stock is needed.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Reorder alerts(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Produces dated buy/make suggestionsThe output is an actionable list with dates, order this much by this date, start this batch on this date. | Partial | "Stockria alerts you when stock drops below your reorder point." Threshold alerting, with no time-phased calculation described anywhere on the feature page.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Capacity planningChecks whether your people and machines can do the work in the time available. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of work-center or resource capacity being compared against load.Know the answer? |
Production
Recipes, bills of materials, and running the work.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Bill of materialsA list of the parts and quantities needed to make one of something. | Yes | "Bills of materials where a component can be something you make yourself." and "Costs roll up from raw material to finished product automatically."; the pricing section lists "product variants, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, lot and batch tracking" on every plan.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com(opens in a new tab); stockria.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Multi-level BOMSub-assemblies inside assemblies, a part that is itself made from other parts, nested as deep as you need. | Yes | The vendor states: "Nest them as deep as your process needs. Costs roll up automatically, so when a raw material price changes, every intermediate and every finished product above it updates. Each item also shows where else it is used, so you can see the effect of a change before you commit to it." From the vendor's manufacturing feature page. Checked 2026-09-14.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Recipes & formulasBatch-style production by weight, volume, or percentage, including scaling a batch up or down. | Yes | Recipes state a batch yield and scale to the run size: "Component quantities are per batch, and Stockria scales them to whatever you decide to build." Recipes can be nested.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Work / manufacturing ordersA record authorising and tracking the making of a specific quantity. | Yes | "Work Orders" for executing and tracking production, alongside production orders.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Routings & operationsThe ordered steps a product goes through, and which machine or station does each one. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of operation sequences or routings attached to production.Know the answer? |
| Shop-floor trackingOperators report progress, time, and completions as the work happens. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of a shop-floor, operator, or terminal interface for reporting production.Know the answer? |
| Quality controlsChecks, tests, holds, and non-conformance records tied to production or receiving. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of quality inspections, checks, or non-conformance handling.Know the answer? |
Inventory & traceability
Knowing what you hold and being able to trace it.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Batch & lot traceabilityWhich incoming material lots went into which finished batch, and where those finished goods went. | Partial | Lots are recorded on receipts and sales, and finished batches get their own lot: "Every receipt, every adjustment, every sale can be attributed to a lot or batch." No vendor page says which input lots were consumed into a batch, so tracing from raw material lot to finished lot is unproven. The pricing section lists lot and batch tracking on every plan, including Free.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Quality compliance(opens in a new tab); stockria.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Expiry & shelf lifeBest-before dates on materials and finished goods, with warnings before they lapse. | Yes | Expiry is a date on the lot, with warnings ahead of it: "Date-based alerts fire before a lot expires, not after." Finished batches get an expiry date too if the product has a shelf life.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Quality compliance(opens in a new tab); stockria.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Serial numbersUnique identifiers on individual units, for warranty or field service. | Yes | Serial numbers follow each unit: "For high-value items, unique serials attach at receiving and follow each unit through to sale, return, or retirement." Listed on every plan, including Free.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Quality compliance(opens in a new tab)Question this |
Commerce & accounting
Costs, purchasing, storefronts, and the books.
| Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Product costing & COGSWhat it costs you to make one, and the cost of the goods you sold. | Yes | The vendor states: "Stockria takes the real materials cost, adds labour, waste and overhead if you use them, and divides by the good units rather than the planned ones. That number is written to the product cost and to its cost history, so your margins reflect the batch you actually made." Unit cost comes from actual yield. Posting COGS to a general ledger is not described. Checked 2026-09-14.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Manufacturing(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| PurchasingRaising and tracking purchase orders to suppliers from inside the system. | Yes | "Create, send, and track POs in two clicks."Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Features(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Accounting connectionSends financial data to bookkeeping software, or includes its own general ledger. | Yes | QuickBooks and Xero sync are listed on every plan on the vendor's homepage. How deep the sync goes is not described.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Features(opens in a new tab); stockria.com(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Ecommerce connectionPulls orders and pushes stock levels to a storefront or marketplace. | Yes | Shopify, Amazon and Square sync are listed on every plan on the vendor's homepage. | Capability | Finding | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| APIA documented programming interface so other software can read and write your data. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: public api documentation.Know the answer? |
| WebhooksThe system can notify other software the moment something changes. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: documentation of outbound webhooks or event subscriptions.Know the answer? |
| MCP supportA Model Context Protocol server, letting an AI assistant read or act on this data. Useful, but it has nothing to do with whether the product plans materials. | Unknown | Not yet researched. We would need: a first-party mcp server, or documentation of one.Know the answer? |
| CSV exportYou can get your lists out as spreadsheet files. | Yes | The vendor states: "Every report exports to CSV with one click, complete with the filters you applied. Drop it into Excel, Google Sheets, or your board deck without additional cleanup." From the vendor's reports feature page. Checked 2026-09-14.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Reports(opens in a new tab)Question this |
| Full data exportYou can take everything, including history and relationships, not just a few screens' worth of rows. | Yes | The vendor promises a complete exit: "you leave Stockria (if you ever do) with every record intact as CSV". This is a marketing-page promise; no account-level export procedure is documented.Reviewed October 9, 2026. Source: stockria.com › Inventory tracking(opens in a new tab)Question this |

Editorial notes and cautions
Things we would want a friend to know before buying.
- Stockria's feature list is very broad for the price. The vendor's own pages now describe lot and batch tracking, serial numbers and expiry alerts, and the pricing section lists them on every plan, but the documentation is marketing pages rather than a help center. Verify anything you depend on during the free tier.
- Everything is priced as a 50% launch discount with a lifetime guarantee. That is a real offer if the company persists, and worth nothing if it does not. Weigh it accordingly.
- The site publishes no founding date, team size or customer count, has no about page, and its terms do not name the legal entity. The terms say: "We are an early-stage company and the Service is under active development." That is not disqualifying, but it does mean you are buying on the product rather than on the vendor.
Alternatives to Stockria
An alternative is always an alternative for a reason. There is no universal replacement.
- StockCraftLower cost
Both sit at the very bottom of the market; StockCraft is cheaper still and counts wastage in its costing, Stockria is broader across purchasing, sales and warehouse work.
Evidence and verification
Pricing is precisely sourced. Capability fields are deliberately conservative: we recorded only what the vendor's own pages state. Lot, serial and expiry claims once seen only in aggregator listings are now confirmed on the vendor's quality-compliance and manufacturing pages: "Stockria bakes lot tracking, serial numbers, expiration dates, and a complete audit trail into every workflow, so compliance happens as a side effect of normal operations."

What we still want to confirm
We publish our gaps rather than hiding them. If you can point us at a first-party page for any of these, we will update the record and credit the correction.
- Establish company background: founding date, team, customer count and legal entity. The terms (updated 30 March 2026) describe an early-stage company but name no entity, and the site has no about page.
- Re-check pricing after the launch discount period to see whether the lifetime guarantee holds. As of 2026-09-18 the launch period has not ended and no end date is stated.
Still unknown: accepts dated demand, nets against stock on hand, counts incoming orders, capacity planning, routings & operations, shop-floor tracking, quality controls, api, webhooks, mcp support.
