Alternatives to MRPeasy

There is no single replacement for MRPeasy, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What there is: products that beat it on one specific thing. Each section below answers a different reason for switching, so start with the reason that applies to you.

For context, MRPeasy is a full mrp product. The clearest small-shop system that genuinely tells you what to order and when. Its weakest points, in our reading, are: solo makers: per-user pricing is fine at one seat, but expiry dates, quality control and serial numbers need professional at $69, and forecasting and the api sit higher still, and teams that need an api without paying $149 per user per month for it.

If you are switching for: lower cost

Costs meaningfully less to get the same job done.

    • Manufacturers who need accounting, purchasing and production in one place rather than three subscriptions
    • Teams with someone technical who can run a server or manage a hosting partner

Ten users on MRPeasy's Enterprise tier cost $990 a month. ERPNext's license costs nothing, so the bill becomes hosting plus the setup work you take on yourself.

Before you switch anything

  • · Check the export path out of your current system before you commit to the next one.
  • · Price the new system for your real team size and the modules you need, not the headline tier.
  • · Migration is usually the expensive part, and almost nobody budgets for it.
